Janine Sluder - Owner/Trainer
Having received chiropractic care from a young age, I developed an early understanding of the importance of alignment, posture, and proactive wellness. That foundation deepened through years of experience working as a chiropractic assistant, where I saw the direct impact of quality movement and individualized care. Driven to expand my role in helping others, I pursued a BA in Fitness and Health Promotion and later became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from youth and professional athletes to aging adults—helping them build strength, recover safely, and move with confidence. For four years now, I have owned and operated Vagabond Personal Training in Mancos, CO, where I offer individualized personal training specialized in developing functional strength and postural correction.
